You will live an amazing day strollig through lemons grove and olive trees located of the country side of massa lubrense.
Our english speaking driver will get you to your accomodation and will explain to you how you are going to spend the day.
We will start the tour visiting the best Olive oil factory of the aerea, where a local farmer will show you all the process, from harvest to the final product. After the visit of the yard there will be a test of olive oil with a fresh backed bread.
The next stop will be in a mozzarella factory, here you will see how the farmers produce mozzarella cheese since ‘800 and obiusly you will have a bite of the fresh mozzarella.
Now it s time to work, how? You will make your own pizza. A pizza chef will teach you every single step of making a perfect pizza. Make sure you do a good job cause you are gonna eat the pizza you just made.
Last but no least testing of Limoncello, even here they will show you the way it is made. Alchool, Lemons, sugar and water mixed together will give you one of the most popular product of the amalfi coast.
